Winter Hours
We will be transitioning to our Winter Box Office hours effective 11/17. The Box Office will be open Tuesday - Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Tickets can always be purchased here through our website!

Refunds & Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges are offered at this time.
Will Call Pick Up
Will Call tickets are available for pick-up at the Box Office one (1) hour before the show’s start time on the day of the event. Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current, valid government-issued ID is required for pick-up.
Children
Children under two (2) years of age are permitted to sit on a patron's lap and do not require a ticket. If the child needs to be left in a car seat or booster seat, a ticket is required for use of the additional seat.
Accessibility
The Cheyenne Civic Center is committed to providing accessible seating to our patrons and can accommodate most requests. Due to limited seating, please request an accessible seat at the time of ticket purchase. If accessible seats are limited for a show, aisle seats may be used.

Parking is available at the George Cox Parking Facility located right next to the venue, located at:

During hours of operation, the first two (2) hours are free.
