Attending an event in Cheyenne gives you that big city feel with small town vibes in the Wild West. We are conveniently located at the crossroads of I-25 and I-80, where both our Civic Center and Depot Plaza are housed right in the heart of downtown, with the Ice & Events Center just a few miles down the road.

Whether you’re visiting for an intimate venue experience to see a national headlining show, just passing through or here for a quick getaway, you’ll find historic charm, friendly faces and one-of-a-kind experiences. Welcome to Cheyenne!

You can purchase tickets online through our website, calling the box office at 307.637.6363 or stopping by our box office located at 510 W. 20th Street. Box office hours are T-F 10am-2pm.

Cheyenne Civic Center

Cheyenne Civic Center parking is available at the George Cox Garage.

Parking in the George Cox Garage is free outside of the above hours, and open Mon-Sun all day.

Depot Plaza

Cheyenne Depot Plaza parking is available at the Jack Spiker Parking Structure.

Cheyenne Ice & Events Center

Parking for the Cheyenne Ice & Events Center is available onsite. There is no parking fee. 

Refunds

All ticket sales are final but there are a couple options. 

Resale: Can't make the show? Try selling your tickets! Here's how it works:

  1. Click the Sell button next to the event in your AXS Account.
  2. Select the tickets to sell, then set your price and selling options.
  3. On the Review page, click the List Tickets button to finish.
  4. When your tickets sell, you’ll get an email letting you know, and the tickets will be delivered to the buyer automatically. You’ll be able to transfer money to your bank from your account on AXS.com.

Transfer: You can conveniently transfer your tickets to another party. Here's how it works.

  1. Click the Transfer button next to the event in your AXS account.
  2. Select the tickets to transfer and enter the recipient's information.
  3. On the review page, click the Transfer button to send the tickets.
  4. The recipient will get an email about the transfer, and they’ll need to create an AXS account (if they don’t have one yet) to complete the transfer. After that, the tickets will be theirs to use with the AXS App.

Method of payment

The Box Office is not currently accepting cash or check. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover are accepted at the Box Office. Concessions is accepting cash or card. There is an ATM available at the Cheyenne Civic Center. 

Food and beverage

Cheyenne Civic Center

Currently,  concessions here are limited to popcorn, candy and packaged items in addition to bottled sodas, waters, teas, canned beers and malt beverages. There are several surrounding area restaurants within walking distance! Visit our Area restaurants page for a list of options! 

Cheyenne Depot Plaza

There are usually several food truck and vendor options for events taking place on the Depot Plaza. Be sure to follow our Facebook page for updated information.

Cheyenne Ice & Events Center

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the venues or on the Depot Plaza. There are designated smoking areas available for each venue. 

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the any of our venues and we ask that you leave your pets at home for events on the Plaza. 

Service animals are permitted. All services animals must remain with their owner and be on a leash. If a service animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may include re-arranging seating or removal of the service animal from the venue. Please let us know upon ticket purchase if you will be bringing a service animal so we can accommodate your needs and those of other attendees accordingly.
