What is a Ghost Ticket?
A Ghost Ticket is a free entry pass given to everyone waiting in line for the show. On select shows, when weather conditions are poor, guests can pick up a Ghost Ticket early at the Civic Center box office day of the show. What time do doors open?
Doors open at 6:30 PM
How early should I arrive?
Arriving early is recommended. Free shows often fill quickly, especially for well-known artists.
Are these shows seated?
Seating is show-dependent, but sitting is never required unless the artist requests it. Feel free to settle into a seat or stay on your feet. You get to choose how you enjoy the night.
Can I bring my family?
Yes. This is a family-friendly series open to all ages.
Where do I enter?
All GA Free Guests will enter through the Will Call entrance on the night of the show. Soundtrack Season Pass holders will enter through the main Box Office doors.

ABOUT THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES
For more than 20 years, Fridays on the Plaza has been Cheyenne’s summer tradition, bringing free live music to our community and creating memories that last a lifetime. This year, we are taking that same spirit indoors with Thanks for the Memories, a one of a kind experience we're bringing to our community in gratitude for two decades of love, support, and shared moments under the summer sky.
Hosted at the Cheyenne Civic Center, this series carries a special kind of magic. Built in the 1980s, the Civic Center feels like taking a step back in time, with its bold orange seats and rich wood-paneled walls that help deliver some of the best acoustics in the region. How vintage of us. It is the perfect backdrop for a series that celebrates the music that shaped our lives.
CHEYENNE CIVIC CENTER CODE OF CONDUCT
'Thanks for the Memories' is a free, family-friendly concert series designed for our entire community to enjoy. We carefully select our artists based on their talent, merit, and ability to bring people together. While we inform all artists that this is an all-ages event, our venue does not censor artistic content and is not responsible for what may be said on stage.
We recognize that “family-friendly” means different things to different people, so if you’d like to learn more about a specific artist before attending, we encourage you to check out their music on the event’s Spotify playlist or reach out to us for more information.

Beware of Ticket Scalpers
Do you really have a ticket? Not if you bought it from a 3rd party. A ticket scalper is a 3rd party who buys tickets to a performance from us and sells them to you for more money but you don’t actually have a seat. That’s right friends, you just paid more than the face value for a ticket or 10 and probably don’t even get to see the show.
